I string my warp for the loom on this old rack. It's a good thing to do while sitting in the warm sun, getting my daily rays. No sunscreen for me. Nope. I need my vitamins!Such a lovely day. : )

  • Hi Nancy, try using a mason (or recycled ) jar to hold the twine in as it will have enough weight to sit down in the snow or dirt...and allow you to pull that twine more easily. Thats what I use for alot of my needs with string, twine, cording and even sewing thread on cones or tubes. Might work with this string if it will fit thru the mouth of the jar.

  • That's what I could use! Thanks. Better than a pot where it will still bounce around!

  • I bet that temp feels like a heatwave compared to what you've been having.

  • In the sun, it's always about 10degrees warmer! Maybe more. Sunburnable

  • It's fun hanging out with you even if you can't talk. I'm glad that the sun is shining for you, now if only that wind would stop lol.

  • It is such a nice little heat trap there, usually where the wind doesn't blow.
