I work in a electronics store warehouse in canada. Just now i got back from my break of 1 hour. In that 1 hour break i went next door to the gym and had a 10k bike followed by a rigurous and fast paced leg workout consisting of heavy lifting and plometrics all within a 30minute timeframe followed by an abs workout. About 5 minutes ago i got back saw this video and still with sweat on my face and my legs dead as fuck I pulled out a 60 inch LG tv box which is exactly 42inches tall.

I knew football players were stupid but I didn't know that given a formula and the numbers to plug in they still can't do it.
C is still nearly 68 1/2" I wouldnt call that a ridiculously easy distance...before you make such a statement maybe you should post a video showing how ridiculously easy it is

explosiveness. this isn't a prettyboy bodybuilder exercise. this is to get more explosive. more explosion = more power. you want as much power as possibe especially as a lineman to get off the line powerfully to beat the other lineman.
