I see what you mean. He has brought raw talent to the club and managed to harness it. But then again, a few premiership titles..no European Cup..

The only big thing is the number of FA cup wins they have had..

Sir Alex built a treble winning team..and has just generally had more success then Arsenal.

@pelethesecond I agree, although I'd rather pick Wenger, because he chose to build a young team, which is very hard to do. He's shown that it can work (not always perfectly), and young players are now better accepted I believe
