im 322 pounds and im starting today i have ben walking for 9 weeks now with only loosing 10 then gaining it back, im tired of all my exercising for nothing i figured it had to be all the dieting i ben trying just has not worked, this gives me inspiration to try something new.i want my life back im not really enjoying life im just watching it.thankyou so much for sharing your story,you are gonna change many peoples lives.

Anita I have been doing this diet for three weeks or so. I am curious at what time of day you stopped eating and how many meals a day do you actually eat? I eat breakfast at 6AM, lunch at 12 that means I have to have a small meal at 9AM and 3PM (usally nuts, but not eight ounces is that ok?) Dinner is at 6 and then I try to eat nothing after 7PM. You look great and are an inspiration. Thank you.

Anita, you are so inspiring. Do you mind sharing the 8 oz rule in a little more detail? I started trying to do it yesterday and made the assumption the 8 oz was volume, not weight. So I've been eating a measuring cup full every 3 hours and have been very satisfied. Is that what you did? Is measuring volume correct? And did you count milk as food - I've been drinking it instead of eating 2 of the meals but wondering if that's what you did. Thanks for sharing your story!

@worcinoj I don't include liquid because I don't drink anything that is considered "bad" I don't drink pop or sugary things I drink fat free skim milk and unsweetened tea and water and crystal light (generic version LOL) I choose not to eat white bread because when I do eat bread I choose something more nutritious. It's not "off-limits"
