Does he play exactly like the arcade Hwoarang? (4 Buttons) If so, this might be a real good pickup.

Yes, he's a 4 button character. He's still beta though, so not all his moves are there. I don't think he has his throws yet. But he does play exactly like the arcades, except he has an air block now.
