Matthew's First Ride Disney's Thunder Mountain Railroad

Matthew was not quite sure if he was ready for this rollercoaster. He had ridden one once at Dutch Wonderland 6 months earlier and found it a little scary and jarring. Nevertheless, he agreed to give it a try. Having Disney Fastpass tickets helped defeat the build up of fear because we only spent 5 minutes in the dark mountain tunnels of the mountain waiting in line. It also helped Matthew to know that everyone REALLY DOES feel scared on a rollercoasters but that is where the fun comes from. In fact, his Dad told him that is why people yell "weeeeeee!" while they are riding because it makes the fear go away and lets you have fun. Watch and listen to Matthew yell "weeeeee!" and have a ton of fun!
