  • Thanks for taking the time to make this video.

Do you happen to know the Flat-rate time on that job?

  • @relmdrifter About 4 hours book time. WP and Timing belt

  • Kind of an unusual question, but I have a 2004 Pacifica AWD. 2 weeks ago, the auto stick feature stopped working, and when the car is in park, or neutral, there are "indicator" boxes around every gear letter on the dash. I'm just wondering if you minght know what would be causing this..

  • @syncronisity1 I am assuming those indicator boxes are supposed to tell you what gear you are in. but now with the Pacifica in park or neutral ALL the boxes light up? Have you had the car scanned for codes, there are parts stores that will do it for free. Should check for transmission codes. check the ground to the side of the trany. Ground wire can apparently cause this problem. Good luck

  • @Autotechviewpoint Thanks again :)

  • @Autotechviewpoint Well, 1st off you would assume correctly, and yes now ALL of the gear letters have boxes around them if the car is in park, or neutral. I have not had it scanned yet, but I did recently have problems with the negative battery cable on the lower end, where it bolts to the tranny... The wire broke free from the lug, so I had to splice on some wire, and bolt that to a motor mount.

  • Great video!!! I had to replace the water pump on my 05 in 09, I think. Had a mechanic friend do it. We got the 05 part from the parts store, then found it was the wrong one after we got it all taken apart and the parts didn't match. I had to get the 06 pump from the dealership, but it ended up being a few $ cheaper than the 05. Just a heads up for everyone else.

  • great video. one thing that you did not mention was how to get the pulley bolt loose. Aim stuck there.

  • Thanks alot for the awesome video! very helpful, i was wondering if you already have the link posted for the crankshaft pulley puller and i cant find it or if you could please post it im having a difficult time finding it anywhere
