  • Success for Managers is: Time to help my own people realize who they can be, not just what they can do.

  • The Three (3) C's of Refer-ability = Character, Competence, and Communication. Just because you are competent doesn't mean you will get referrals. Just because you do things right doesn't mean you will get referrals (lots of talented, competent people out there). Just because you have integrity and are honest doesn't mean you will get referrals. Just because you do the right thing doesn't mean you will get referrals. You have to communicate - POWER Notes, Phone Calls, and One-on-One Meetings.+m2
