September 2008: Nymphing for Westslopes

September 2008's video diary "Nymphing for Westslopes " highlights a summer trip with Carlo Ng and Shane Ito in the southeastern corner of British Columbia. They search for westslope cutthroat trout with small nymphs in the Elk River watershed. After some extensive scouting, they are able to find some quality specimen.

I don't think thos are westslopes, westslopes don't have any dots near the pectoral fin.

I fish the elk and tribs every summer and it offers the best fly fishing i have ever fished . The cutty's and Bulls are so nice! Also the tribs of the elk are amazing cutthroat creeks! I love fishing their!!!
