This is a really wonderful recipe for sheekh kebab with an enjoyable chilli and black pepper edge. With time we can all adjust the ingredients to suit out taste preferences. And one change I did this evening was to cook the kebabs in the oven (180 C) rather than fry them. Still delicious with raita, chutney etc. Raw potatoes work fine in the small quantity mentioned.

Nice and simple recipe. No garam masala ? Will it not be better if the onions were caramalised and added crushed ?

@korikrali..... FYI FIRE is always slow or fast.... its a HEAT which can be low or high...please correct yourself first... Thanks

yeah and sorry asking too much question... what part of lamb should i use? example leg, thigh etc?

It should be from leg of lamb.& ofcourse you can do it on charcoal aswell.
