What is this self defense system called?

Carl was a true master, but I think many fail to see that he is teaching these two shots the shoulder smash, then the head lock in a nonspecific manner, much like Fairbairn, it's meant as an intro as well allows the student to come up wiht when and where or whether it fits. Also notice that before the first shoulder smash he says eye gouge, grab the head, so it likely was gotten to by double thumb to the eyes. He's demonstarting in a vaccuum for the purpose of illustraing key principles.

@Catachan1brainleaf The fact that your face would be being crushed into his shoulder for one, secondly if you knew Carl or even listend to the video you would know you would be having a knee prolly two or three in your nuts while he is doing this aslo, no to mention you would more than likely be trying to not step on your eyeball that im sure would be laying somewhere on the ground. Mr. Cestari didnt come to play.
