On a whim, I typed 'Nicanor Abelardo' on the search box and got your uploads of our beautiful kundimans. Salamat!!! (Yeah, the voice does sound like Ric Manrique, Jr.)

I just decided to put a some of our classic kundiman because I know a lot of Filipinos out there love to hear again these great songs of ours and really be proud to call it our very own kind of music as real art. And I think the recording of these song is superb and worth watching listening here on YouTube!

Hi! Thanks for listening..I'm really not sure it sounds like the voice of Ric Manrique Jr. Also on the original CD karaoke album (which I got from close-out sale, here in US! ) has no any info about the artist & the performer. This is the common mistakes of the Philippine Recording (always taken for granted) , sorry to say that!

Yah, you are right we should give credit where credit is due! As I have said when I got this stuff so many years ago nobody really seems to care. Maraming Salamat, Kabayan!
