Its very rare for movies to build on what a novel or comic already defines. But Donnor's Superman of the 70s totally did this. I can feel sum younguns reading this maybe thinking not another Reeves fanboy stuck in the past and wont accept anything new lol. But this is totally not the case, I hav alot of luv for Reeves as Superman, but I am ready for a modernization, I hav faith in Cavil, and I think he totally looks the part. But I will say this, its very Important they keep the SAME MUSIC.

A black Perry White don't get me wrong Fishbourne is a great actor but why didn't they just change Perry's name to Token Black, this movie is going down hill fast and the worst thing is Russell as Jor-El, don't even get me started over that wanker. Superman returns wasn't the best superman movie but at least it had some originality
