Skyrim - How to Get 100 Restoration the Fastest

This is a really fast way too get 100 restoration just set it up and walk away easy as that.

Equilibrium drains 12 health and gives 50 mana

Healing heals 20 health and drains 6 mana

Doesn't work because:

Equilibrium (red spell) drains 25 health per second to give you 25 mana per second

Healing (yellow spell) heals 10 health per second and drains 6 mana per second.

-> you die. why does it work for you?

This should be relabeled as the easiest, rather than the fastest, seeing as other methods are faster if you actually put any effort into the game rather than leaving it.

One of the fastest I know is putting difficulty to expert (master likely works, but I didn't try it) and casting a high level destruction spell on Shadowmere (or pretty much any other horse I believe) and use either Healing Hands or Grand Healing on it, which is faster but requires a higher Restoration level than Healing Hands.

It works, but not to the extent of leaving completely. On NOVICE difficulty, my heatlh very very slowly depletes. So I still have to sit there watching it. =/ does magic resistance play any role in this? I can't see why it doesn't work perfectly for me.

@Sparxten restoration perk that gives you 50% outa healing spells not only that he probably has gear on that he neglected to tell you that give a certain percent more outa healing spells so it balance
