I was taking my bike out for a nice ride, testing out my new Drift HD170 Helmet Camera, which I mounted to the top of my helmet, when this stupid idiot turns infront of me.

I'm a biker and it was purely an accident in my eyes. Driver couldn't see you behind that car and you obviously didnt see him as you carried on going. Unfortunate accident I say.

maybe could have moved to the left to give a better view of the road ahead but the truck did come out to quickly.

the way i see it is its always my responsibility even if someone pulls infront i could have made eye contact or something

@doctadeath2020 You must be the biggest retard alive ..... go and get help ASAP, when a vehicle approaches you from the other direction (in other words coming towards you with you in your correct lane and him/her in their correct lane then they have the right to turn in face of oncoming traffic in other words they have the right of way and you must then stop for them ??? i am sure whatever shithole you stay in the rules are the same !!!

No, but you can't hide behind the car in front and then jump out and expect everyone to know that you're coming. I guess fault would "technically" be split but as a motorcyclist you're likely to come off the worse in a collision so you'd think he'd take a bit more care.
