Can you turn on/off your iPod using the remote on the earphones? My Nano 6th Gen's Sleep/Wake Button got stuck and I'm unable to turn it on, unless I plug it in my computer.

I have all 4 of those headphones, and I always loved them, only problem I find is they get dirty very easily and the first 2 headphones don't last long at all
