I wouldnt say they stole the beat at all, its the same idea with the style of beat with the way the piano notes go back and fourth. But I wouldnt even call that a sample, let alone stealing it.

Let's set things straight then. A switch of highs and lows is always an attractive tune if you want to make a fairly upbeat background. Doesn't mean anybody stole from anybody but it's not unheard of that artists "borrow". Don't take it as a disgrace on 2pac, if you do want to believe it was taken from him, take it like this: he's the best and people follow. :D 2pac 4ever!

They're very smiliar,anyway they can't use the same of the beat,they've to change...I'm just tryin' to tell,that's 10 years since Pac gone,but people still use beats,lyrics from him...yknahmean?...Don't write at once 2 da comments like "u wrong"...and firs of all look at my videoz,i'm huge Pac fan,i'm tryin to keep legacy alive...i think u know what i'm sayin'...thug life...
