@BCdback24 Hang it upside down.... (DON'T DO THAT IT WOULD FALL APART)
Seriously though for some footage you could reverse it in post, though with certain footage it would look weird.

@BCdback24 and I was pointing out that without doing something drastic or mildly complicated reversing the clip is probably the only way.
Look at it another way - the egg timer is your motor with a couple of cogs and some chains you could build a panning platform however you wanted.
Or you could get a battery powered BBQ/rotisserie motor and rig that up with cogs and gears.
It is all possible but with the setup here it wouldn't be that easy if you don't have that kind of diy experience.
