Time: 4 weeks post-operative for open heart surgery. Not that it matters really because my pain levels are well down to half of what they were, so there was little point in trying to journal this together because either you're in too much pain to play or you're not. I'm out of practice but that's about it.

Pretty tune which I've not thought about for 40 years or so (last time I was forced to play a wedding at gunpoint), and I laid down one guitar track underneath for harmony.

I won't be using this excuse of post-open-heart surgery because it's really giving me some good practice time now, although I can only practice a 3/4 size guitar due to limitations or a Steinberger because those things just fit my shattered mess of a body at the moment.

  • Thanks Ihemeon - Mick

  • Hi Dumas,

Thanks much. I gave up too quickly on this one and should have re-recorded it. Yeah, healing is coming along and I appreciate the words. Mick
