this is a video of the rope swing on the american river in sacrament CA. Just a few of us wanted to have a crazy day by the river, and we did! flips, tricks, extreme sports.

put this address in Google Maps it's a restaurant in folsom. 13409 Folsom Boulevard Folsom, CA 95630. From there just to the west of the restaurant is a parking lot and a trail called the american river bike trail go down the trail and it will end at a T, go right at the T and then go about 1/2 mile or so and you'll see the spot from the video, unless they cut it down, I filmed this about 2 years ago. Good luck!
