You had to wear rubberbands like i did man it got real irritating everytime i took my rubberbands off every morning My mouth hurted like hell! so Now i have to wear a retainer every night,which is alright but sometimes i don't wear it (im to lazy to put it on!).

hey dont feel bad! i am on my 3rd yr of braces.
got them in 6th grade and now im in 8th, but i should be getting them off in a couple months.
i just got rubberbands 2.
oh and get this, i recently go them stuck to one of my fuzzy green pillows, and my frind got it on tape.
its on my youtube, cheak it out. lmao

sorry to hear that bro,....well dont get the ceramics on top like i did. they are much larger and sharper. stick with the metal. softer and way more comfortable. trust me.

i had some problems that needed to be fixed so that it would not cause serious problems down the road. worst part is, that i had braces when i was 16. this is the second trip for me. wear your retainer when you get it !
