the fighter always leads in freestyle, depending on how exp the fighter is there is suggestion too, until the fighter needs no suggest

usually the pads holder(trainer) would call out. Also how the trainer holds the pads usually tells you what type of combo or attack u should do. Here it seems more freestyle and combination of all above.

It's funny people are still claiming kungfu but this competitor fights muay thai. It's such false pride.
