@LotsaSpaghetti84 carm down and what has a tv got to do with this?Look now if you have the wii and the game its fair plus your "TV" example doesn't do anything because police would come and get you but on the internet there isn't like a virtual police man.Its actually any Internet security thing or something or nintendo's fault that they aren't telling a banning administor to ban the site or take games off it.

Are you a fucking idiot? People have a right to steal games? Ok then, maybe I'll just go to Best Buy and steal a 40 inch TV.
Piracy is theft because the developer and publisher isn't getting any money, they lose a sale.
Say a publisher sends 2,000 games to a retail store. Out of those 2,000, only 500 are sold. The remaining stock is left on the shelves, and people just pirate the game from the internet. Those unsold pirated copies are lost sales.

One reason this isn't illegal because a police man won't come and arrest you.Your a bit right but people who own the system like a Nintendo Wii but don't have the game have a right to do so (I have the game but I just wanna use it differently) and SOPA probably is just a dumb company doing nothing, and my evidence is that this has been going on from when I was born.
