thats true... only if he was going for a pass, but because he had the ball before he went out of bounds its treated as a fumble

It's not illegal touching he fumbled ran out re-established position and scooped it up.

....I believe thats Illegal Touching...because if a player goes out of bounds, he cant be the next person to touch the ball. Either thats a new rule, or this play got called back.
