Thanks for the support from http://cdevolution.org & http://freegrafton.com.

Known by his Free Grafton neighbors as "Solar" Bob, today's featured victim of the State's War on Drugs makes it clear that he will not be silenced.

Bob was arrested for growing some plants the State of New Hampshire deems illegal. This is the same state that sells encourages the consumption of $500 million worth of alcohol every year.

Most victims of State aggression get a lawyer and keep their head down as they navigate what some still call a "justice" system. Not Bob. Instead, he is teaming up with http://Talley.TV and http://Shire Photography to talk to other victims of threats or violence by the State.

He is also joining other Shire Activists to "redress grievances" at State Liquor Stores and elsewhere. He has two more months of freedom until the State puts him in one of their cages this December so Bob is going to do his part to finally end this war on peaceful people over drugs.

After much speculation, Bob Constantine has also finally decided to be public about the fact that yes he is in fact http://WeedaClaus.com who lives in Free Grafton.

The implications of the State attempting to cage a jolly and peaceful man who is a friend to many in Free Grafton remain unclear but Talley.TV will be following this story until there is justice.

Reporting from the front lines of freedom, this is http://Talley.TV.

  • Bob, I'm so sorry you are going through this. I am also a moral person and know right from wrong....and what government is doing to you is wrong.

I hope to meet you soon and I hope that you are a free person.

  • @downlowfunk I get really pissed off when people tell me we are free....a felony record for selling a plant? A plant. No,we are not free.

Hell, even my parents, now in their late 60s and have never done illegal drugs no longer believe in the drug war and believe that all drugs should be decriminalized, not just made legal. I hope the thugs catch on soon....prohibition doesn't and has never worked.

  • Sorry NSResponder, trial by jury won't help Bob. They found Patricia Smith guilty without really understanding that with no victim there can be no crime.

    Good luck Bob!

  • Good people nullify bad laws. It's why we secured the right to trial by jury in our constitution.

  • Weird that gang bangers can shoot up neighborhoods and get off with misdemeaners or less yet this guy growing a tiny plant gets a felony charge?

What country is this? it's not the usa anymore.

  • The only criminals in this situation are in the government.

  • There must be someone we can all write letters to??

  • Bless you Bob. They are trying to do this to me too...for healing people. I also won't say Uncle. I have been challenging the corrupt system and they are threatening hard, but we are the wayshowers Bob. Stay in your heart and know we will change this by our brave deeds. I send you light and support. It is important to REVOKE CONSENT! I have no consented yet in my case and they can only try to trick me, they need it to jail you. Before the gavel drops say "I do not consent to your offer "!

  • You are truly a great man for standing up to these judicial thugs. i wish you the best of luck.

  • "But I can't give in to something that's so wrong..." (at approx 3:40)

This isn't a question of morality. You are under duress and coercion and are not morally obligated. The reason they will throw the book at you is to teach the rest to stay in line. Having you in prison is an opportunity cost as you could be so much more valuable to helping the cause of liberty if you had a higher degree of freedom. Going to jail will only work if we can clog the jails many times over, but not enuf yet.

  • This man reminds me of our founders. George Washington and Thomas Jefferson would be proud of this 21st century farmer. A decent man should seek to provide for his family by any honest means. This man sought only independence and self reliance. He should be proud to declare his freedom in our era of tyranny, for true courage is the mark of the patriot and the boundry between slavery. May the american people study the history of their cause, and renew their committment toward liberty.

  • this is a great video - thanks for posting it.
