I lived in Ohio in the 80's and always used to watch the news with Jim Baldridge...his co-anchor at the time was Don Wayne. I remember once my parents & I were visiting friends in Troy and there was a tornado watch, I was really scared but I just remember watching Jim re-iterating that it was only a watch, not a warning, and there was nothing to be concerned about...I felt a lot better watching him! The storms died away and the stars came out...one of my childhood Ohio memories!
