Oh wow, lucky you - a Vega! My partner's grandfather played a Vega guitar in the 1950s. In the 1920s-30s he played banjo and mandocello in a band. We don't know if his banjo was a Vega - an aunt has it - but it had the most beautiful inlay work on it. Appalachian music is my fave - you're doing a great job!
