I always wanted to make a tongue dish,but I didn't know how to.After a lot of research ,I found this recipe from the famous Choumicha,it's not only easy to make ,it's delicious! /
J'ai toujours voulu préparer une recette de langue de boeuf, mais je ne savais pas comment.Aprés de longues recherches, j'ai trouvé cette recette de la célèbre Choumicha,ce n'est pas seulement facile à faire,c'est trés delicieux !

Awsome recipe!!! I made it last night. I got interested in tongue meat after a friend of mine introduced me to "tacos de lenqua" -- a Mexican dish made of tongue.
Good music too.

it looks not attractive, somewhat disgusting, but it's a delicious part of cow meat.
