I do know about "ñ". I wanted to focus on the perception that Americans are uneducated about foreign cultures.

This is personified by the man not knowing the Spanish language and wearing stereotypical clothing. The native citizens act as the "straight (wo)men". They're offended by his ignorance, and rightly so.

All of this is difficult to convey in 5 seconds. I wanted to form a critique of my home country (U.S.) and not any other. If I failed in that respect, I apologize.
