Guys.. what is been demonstrated here is the priciple of an antenna recieving radio waves from a nearby transmitter!! The circuit you are seeing in the video is a voltage multiplier which is essentially diodes and capacitors (the yellow ones). Notice you don't see what is connected to the other side of the circuit (it is cut out in the video).There is a power source that is pushing current to the bulb. Anyway set up will only produce about 100mW of power; which is not enough to power a clock!!!!

I believe the point that this video is conveying is that this free energy is possible. it may not be Tesla's invention how ever it still works as Dale Scott Marion proved for his self.

ok, I finished the device, I found that with a longer copper rod in the ground I pick up higher voltage, could be because I'm now hitting the water table... amps are still low but I'm getting 18v @ 2.8 amps = 50.4 watts. now I'm going to take this and make myself a mini Tesla coil and see if I cant make a couple incandecent lights heat up wirelessly. If this works, then I'm going to package it nicely and make one for each room in the house just to have some wireless power...
