I loves my ice/storm/ice. So many ways to lock everything down. perma slips, instant slow cap... and between block of ice, jack's hold, and the hold proc on thunderstorm... lots of holds.

I have done 2 all stormie stfs. Storm is my favorite set, I have a purpled out mind/storm controller and I even have 60 recovery not counting stamina and I still have some trouble with end lol, but long live the storm!

storms are very useful and very WONDERFUL especially wit electricity or ice But it sure does eat the blue
