Luke Rudkowski of WeAreChange speaking to CORRUPT POLICE at G20 9/24/09 Where police used LRAD sound cannons on peacefull protesters, reports also state seeing microwave weapons that are lethal!!!
@apocaloid - My point is really that the police are also subject to the law so if they have breached your rights, take action. Your case may get thrown out because of the corrupt judicial system but it will draw attention to the cause. It's about creating awareness.
@Namaste1001 I understand the difference. My point is that you can file a lawsuit but the judges will rule in favor of the police because the "law" is written in a way as to subvert the rights of the people. In many states "unlawful assembly" is defined as "a group of 3 or more people who assemble to commit an unlawful act, or lawful act in a boisterous manner". So filing a lawsuit would be frivolous, because protesting is technically illegal in most states.
@apocaloid - I agree with you. However, it's not unlawful to peacefully assemble. You might want to learn the difference between lawful and legal. The two are not the same.
@Namaste1001 Don't you understand what's being said by the riot vehicle? The pre-recorded voice has deemed their assembly to be "unlawful", therefor under "state code" they aren't allowed to be there. Simply because a non-elected "official" has deemed it so. That's pure tyranny, and absolutely illegal according to the highest law in the land; written in the bill of rights and constitution, which the US courts do not recognize at this time. Now, give us a real solution.
You are in direct violation of Penal Code 1.13, Section 9.
You have 5 seconds to comply.
Four... three... two... one... I am now authorized to use physical force!

What a bizarre police tactic.
They should do dance routines.
That would really mess with peoples minds.

That truck is like something out of Transformers. In Ireland we have Toyota Corollas.
