http://www.tastepadthai.com-start with premium 100% pure fish sauce, Thai fresh chili-sliced, Garlic-chopped, and fresh lime juices. Mix all the ingredients together. Adjusting it according to your taste. Keep in a glass jar and refrigerated up to 1 week.

  • @TheThaiHenster More than half of Vietnamese dishes are garnished by fish sauce, and the other by soy sauce (less popular than fish sauce). I ate Thai fish sauce. Thai fish sauce is lighter than that of Vietnamese, hence, I think the techniques to make fish sauce are different in Vietnam and Thailand.
