@caseycass I reckon she had 5-alpha-reductase deficiency as she started to grow breasts at the age of fifteen, sixteen. It's a deficiency which causes males to biologically begin a form of change to female sex at puberty. But in terms of gender she has always been a female, her sex was male at birth but has now been corrected to match her gender.
