StackExchange is the perfect tool for support. Excellent idea for ubuntu. Searching the ubuntu forums can be very conterproductive.

Thanks for this nice presentation on how tu use the stack exchange! It's far easier to browse than a forum, though searching is a bit hard. Perhaps, I'm just not famioliar with how it works? I'm using the Orca screen reader for accessibility, on a Ubuntu 10.04 system.
