Whistleblower Protection Act? I hope you could at least have been able to speak with an attorney and got their input on the matter. Sorry to hear about that, I hope you were able to find a better job than that disgusting place.

OMG! :0 I'll be honest when I clicked on this video, i thought nothing of it, i figured it would be bad but i thought i was going to be some Wendys on the other side of the country somewhere. I live in Jamestown NY, and my dad works in Bradford PA (Olean is in-between). I've eaten at this Wendys more than once! Including one time with my soccer team after our game against Olean! Crazy when you find shit on YouTube that hits home! Kinda makes you think! :0

I work at a McDonald's that started doing renovations as well, though we didn't have as much of a mess problem as you guys. All the construction was outside, and the problem I had with it was the noise levels. At least they officially closed yesterday to finish construction. They should have closed it earlier, the construction kind of ran off business to say the least.
