To hell with bike lanes. They're dangerous. I think they cause more problems than they solve. I've seen all manner of junk, obstructions, parked public and privately owned vehicles and poor road conditions in bike lanes.
This one positions a bike lane in the "door zone". Obviously the city planning department was full of car drivers the day they thought of what to do.
