CENSUS AGENTS COME A KNOCKING ON MY DOOR 15 AUG 2011 PART 1 OF 2

Today 15 August 2011, I recieved a visit by 2 female Census Officers to ask me why I hadn't filled in my Census Form but I sent them a letter 5 months ago the same day when I recieved the census form, I wrote and explained that I would be happy to sign the form once I recieved an answer to 2 questions, namely.....
1- Which part of Common Law provides for the prosecution and possible forfeitureof property of people who do not complete the Office of National Statistics 2011 Census Form?

Given that the ONS is (in effect) making demands upon me, and places me under duress to complete the Census Form, and under threat of penalty for failing to do so.

2- When was a contract made between my self and the Office of National Statistics, whith both parties agreeing the terms and conditions regarding completeion of the 2011 Census Form? Does such a contractual arrangement exist?

Adding, Please provide your response(s) in the form of a Statement of Truth, sworn under penalty of perjury and upon your full commercial liability within 7 days of reciept of this notice. I will retain the Census Form in the meantime.
If I do not receive such a response, then it will be deemed a tacit admission on your part that you have no right to make any demands upon me whatsoever.

They did not reply to my letter but instead sent 2 Officers round to see me, heres how it went......

When your name is in all Capital letters it is a corporation. The reason everything is done through a corporation, is to grant limited/unlimited immunity from responsibility, as well as to cause contractual obligations that can be controlled through statutory jurisdiction, since without such jurisdiction the government would have no lawful control over the people. Government's proper job is to protect peoples property and rights. It is not supposed to control people, only corporations.

the woman ignored , would not or couldnt answer questions. send her away til hse can , or say no answer means yes :)  cos that's exactly what they do, do the same back, experience helps. use there methods, works wonders and there monkey brains understand it better.

it may be within human rights, doesn't mean anyone has to say yes, since human rights also has the privacy. I might be allowed and it might be legal to ask a stranger for money, but they can say no.. just like this, no no no lol
