You're using the four cable method, but how would you use the amp's channel switching with it as well? I rented a GT8 for a month to test out, and am going to be using it with my Peavey 6505+ head over the wekend and would like to use the 4 cable method, and amp switching to get the full power of the GT 8, but am still a little confused on the entire process. I got the 4 cable method figured I think for the most part, but how about channel switching?

Are you using the gain channel straight from the amp or are you using OD as well? I am interested in a Valveking but have heard that they are not good for metal. Your video disproves this theory somewhat! :)

its just the vlaveking distortion channel plus a little of EQ.
