For anyone wondering: Little Lotte is a folkstory her father told her when she was a child. Little Lotte was a little girl who was visited by the Angel of Music. Christine asked to hear it over and over again so Raoul gave her the nickname Little Lotte. After a few times of telling her the story, was when her father told her he would send her the Angel. =)
