It's hard to tell, but it looks like he's hitting the toe stop on the take off. If I were judging, I'd mark him down considerably, it looks dirty to me, and it's obvious he doesn't need to do it. He doesn't need so many three turns before either. I can see doing 3, but 5 is too many.
