Si usa chiamare bollito qualsiasi taglio di carne cotto in acqua bollente che si serve con maionese o altro.
Errore! Il vero bollito ha dei tagli di carne ben precisi, con diversi tempi di cottura...
Insomma se volete un bollito doc dovete proprio guardare la nostra videoricetta!
