I used Isagenix as well it dose work! I order their shakes for after work out but honestly as soon as you are off the program all the weight you lose you'll get it back within 1-2 weeks if you don't change your eating habits

Before: 196lbs@13.5%body fat= 26.46lbs fat Lean Body Mass= 169.54 After: 181.5@11.5%body fat= 20.87lbs fat Lean Body Mass= 160.63 -14.5 lbs= -5.59lbs from fat -8.91lbs from lean body mass Hopefully some of that lean mass was from water and digestive materials. Either way I would hit the weights and gain that back before you do another cleanse. Thanks for being a paramedic man!

Hi Jason, Great video testimonial, today i am starting my cleanse for life day. I have been doing isagenix since 2004 and so far lost almost 100 pounds. I am aiming toward 125 pounds more to loes.
