If the book was any good - he should have tried to sell it to me in 60 seconds.

Keep it simple. No shit, it's a sixty second pitch.

His book has already been pitched and published...fools. His just trying to help those are interested in selling their screenplays. It is a pretty competitive industry. Don't have a crack at movies in the modern age being of poor quality. Most of them do hit you emotionally, you just don't realise it and thats the beauty of it.

@Fretslayer Yes we do need a F&F9.

No, I reckon this guy makes very good points succinctly. I think these points are not only useful for (screen)writers, but also useful tips for us all in creating a personal "elevator pitch". Sounds like a dirty word, probably, but I reckon it's useful, if only for yourself to know who you are and what you offer to potential employers or clients.

@IanMcMonagle1 because the title of the film is the title of his book.

Who hell sensored this video?? Since when is Archie Bunker a bad word? F*&*&@#!!
Perhaps this is why so many of the films made these days are pretty much the same.
Don't panic kiddies - it's a joke.
But still - Hollywood has been telling crap for a while now. Do we really need a "Fast and Furious-9" ?
