A fella just pulled a 14+ pound Bow out of Sheridan on Sept 3rd.. she's pretty warm up there right now and the lake is not fishing very well. But as soon as it cools down.... (:fish on:)

weow great story to tell everyone, i was fishing with my dad for about 4 and a half hours just on the inland out from the camping place,just trolling weith lures,when we were about to go in a hage fish,probably around 9 and half ponds,hit the rod,and went zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and boomk our rods was gone a 350$ doller rode was gone,we made a picture of where we were,and gave it to the people where you go to sigh in for a cabin,maybe you might see it on the wall one day next tiem you go ther

where about were you fishing on the lake..??my family have been just slayin the fish on a little secret lure coughty a nice 7 pounder there last summer!good catch

We were fishing close to the fishing camp along the shore lines.

i'm going there next weekend, what lures or flies would you suggest?

We used the Lyman Plug with leaded and non leaded line. The Big Rainbow caught by Dave was on a floating fly. Suggest you stop in at the Fishing store along the way....we received good help/advice from the owner. Most of those who caught the most fish on the lake were using fly's with a strike indicator. Good luck....
