One last note..at the resturant we were at we sat outside and they had a gas leak for the fire thing that they roll over to your table..I complianed to the waiter and they took it apart as well to tighten the hose!! please please I need a lawyer !! HELP ME!

I felt guilty but think about it..I had a few and felt good..they said .11 I felt guilty not knowing these fact about it reading other stuff and they should honestly test me minus the beer..with the cigerette and the fumes and the colone..if it comes out to .3 or .4 then..toss it out..But again I need a lawyer NOW 818 344 7378 Troy

I simply do not understand why the CA Justice system allows for a test that clearly doesnt provide equal protection under the law..it varys person to person by their wieght that they wear, what they smoke..if they burp or use mouth wash..but mostly that diabetic thing..1 in 3 are..its a FACT folks..I bet the DUI count rises with the diabetes count of the CDC...the courts are not doctors and nor are the arrested..they the courts are playing games and fooling people

It has been 7 days tomorrow and I have not contacted the DMV yet to have a hearing. I have 40 lawyers envelopes and not one that remotely seems to understand what the guy in this video is saying..not..one! I need this professor as my lawyer please! I have two little girls and a wife and 3 other children I support souly..I can not afford this, and it may have been stupid to have 4 beers but I didnt think it was going to be even close to bac .11 after that many hours..help!

The temperature in the police station was cold with no blankets all night but I think something may be wrong if I blew a .11 bac the night before and again .11 the next morning on only 4 beers! I simply think that either I am diabetic or that my liver isnt working at all or the Camel Crush is setting off the device..or that the devices used are not accurately reading or that somehow I can maintain a .11 bac for two days? I simply do not see that as realistic do you???

I do calibration and it is clear to me that the police are gaming the system by not turning in the devices for recalibration. Why? Because if they find a unit out of calibration all the convictions should be tossed from the last calibration forward either from them damaging the unit at an unknown time by dropping it or whatever..it is standard practice!

I seriously think after watching this video that I can not say honestly that I feel I am guilty because he does bring up interesting points. If true I do not want to make a deal I want it tossed out. If I was legal then toss it. I think I followed the 1 beer an hour thumb rule..and for some unknown reason my body maybe was at .8 when I got in the car but rose from smoking crush camels or the colone or the fumes also..

I need an expert lawyer like the guy in this video..I want to test the

BAC testers scientifically for Camel Crush effect, the colone I was wearing effect, the gas station effect from the same tested location minus any alcohol to determine what added effect did they have on my BAC. I do not have thousands of dollars for a lawyer..but I need a professor now!

Got out of car and did a test on a very uneven surface and told the officer my equalibriam was not very good still he had me do the test on that uneven slope.

After that, I blew three times and on the forth it registered. I wiegh 217 lbs and drink once in a blue moon not daily not weekly not monthly..a friend called me to have a few..I did have 4 I know this because he said we ordered 8 ..that was 4 for him and 4 for me! BAC at .11 at the poa..and retested in the morning at .11!!

I got a first DUI. I was pulled over at a gas station after being pulled off the fwy speeding 83 mph. That said, I was also smoking Camel Crush with the Methenal crushed! I also had colone on, and I drank 4 beers starting from 6pm to 12~ drove for one hour before being pulled over. I can not afford a lawyer..I think I may be diabetic now..1 in 3 Americans are according to the CDC diabetic! and Americans do not know it! I need a real lawyer that understands what I am saying 818 334-7378 Troy .11
