  • @joe18370 Well yes you can plant the seed right away. However, in order to successfully sprout the mango plant, you have to cut the husk of the seed open with a pair of kitchen scissors. Be careful not to cut the sprout.

  • @joe18370 Well yes you can, but you need to use some heavy duty scissors to cut a corner off the pit, and then a screwdriver to remove the outer husk, leaving you with the most times already sprouted seed.

  • This method works really well using a grapefruit spoon (with a serrated edge).
