  • i got to ask did u play any professinal sport??

  • GO 2 feet jumping. Do Jump Manual or Air Alert 3. I am 14 years old and 5'8 and can grab rim

  • WHat else can you do, hum can mass on your biceps chest and so on ?

  • O snappp lmfao!!! I think it was! It would of been great if he was like you know what everyone needs some of this Canibis lol Home Grown! lol

  • stretch. lol

  • is that some canibis at 0:15 ?

  • if i was you i would go for two feet jump, that way you'd be able to block your horizontal speed and convert it in vertical speend much easier. just my 2 cents worth... i come from volleyball so my advice is strongly oriented :)

  • Coach Selby, when I was 5' 7 I was able to grab the rim, and for awhile I was able to dunk. Now I am a little over 6' and can grab the rim easily, even if I'm standing under the hoop with no start. However, I can't dunk very easily. When I go to jump(I'm a 1 foot jumper) I feel like I'm going forward instead of up, and I don't feel the explosion I used to feel when I was shorter. I am in better shape now, but I dont feel like I am getting my power into my jumps. Any suggestions?

  • Cactus I've tasted. Its like a juicy fruit with the texture of a kiwi. Very good, and sweet.

  • lol, that's exactly how u spell it, i've tried them once, they're pretty good

he's got some exotic stuff there, cactus??? how does that taste
