I Need HELP PLEASE :S I cant find this anywhere so ill just ask here>>> I do I import footage from my cam to MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 14 PLUS. I mean I know how buy every time I hook it up it say "There is no device connected? Any help??

@bloodykorn88 Hello, Version 14 is a little out-dated, considering we are at version 17 right now and expect a new version this fall. I guess the problem might be, that you have a pretty new camera which was developed after our version 14's release. So the software is not compatible with your camera anymore.

You might want to take a look at our new version and download the trial from our website...?!

i have had this product for some time now and the reg numbersmean nothing to magic & they refuse to acceptthem. so my product is no good and i have been unable to use it from day one. so be aware of this company . as they still refuse to help me re this matter

Magix Pro 14 is excellent on my Vista 64 but it doesn't work well on Vista 32. Magix is a great software for editing video at a very low cost. The best feature is the multiple (99) tracks. I can do green screen on top of green screen on top of blue screen, etc.

The problem is AS STATED ABOVE, the numbers in the kit will not or can be typed into YOUR web site to activate the drivers . So all I get on trying is, error ,error ,error ! When phoning help desk , they too, do not understand ! It is as if I am talking in some strange tonge unknown to planet earth . Manufactures warranty has run out now ; so in the bin it may as well go ........... Problems like this should be in public forum, then we all know who to spend money with & WHO NOT ..
