brodus didn't cause edge's retirement. sure, it hurt edge after he hit that spear but edge was told he had to retire weeks befor he performed that move. bye edge, love you forever!!!

He's finishing move was the Spear? He was a very good actor but the truth is his rise was a sign of decline for the WWE. He made the best of it and he and Christian was one of good Tag-Teams but if Edge was a multi-champion it only cheapened everyone elses.

Brodus didn't end his career, if anything he saved him. Edge wanted to see if he had an injury from that spear. Turns out he didn't. But he did get further test and they revealed that he was in pretty bad shape from all the injuries he had during his career.

Did you see how quickly he grabbed onto his neck after the spear?
If you look carefully, you'll see that it dazed him for a few seconds, he may had re-injured his neck right there and then.
